Jesse Maula appointed CEO of Sevendos Group

Founded in 2023, Sevendos Group brings together specialised technology consulting and services companies. Its operating model combines the deep expertise and entrepreneurial culture of boutique firms with the scale of a large consulting company. The Group comprises 11 technology companies and more than 550 experts, complemented by one of Finland’s largest networks of freelance technology professionals.

The Group’s revenue grew by 14% in 2025 and now stands at approximately EUR 80 million.

The growth came at a time when much of the industry was struggling with demand, and Sevendos increased its market share.

Over the past year, the Group’s companies have delivered more than 150 AI projects and helped over 100 companies leverage AI in their business. Sevendos partners with its customers across the entire lifecycle, from strategy and capability development to the implementation and maintenance of new AI solutions.

Maula has extensive experience in driving international growth in Finland and Silicon Valley. He helped grow Idean into an international service design company and led marketing and technology company Avidly through a period of significant growth. He has also worked extensively as an investor, board director, and growth company advisor.

Sevendos’ Acting CEO, Elina Kajosaari, will continue in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). She is responsible for business scaling, new businesses, and strategic development initiatives.
