Changes in Sevendos leadership: Elina Kajosaari appointed Acting CEO, Jonne Heikkinen to become advisor to the board and management

Sevendos was founded in 2023 by seven established technology consulting companies and has grown rapidly into a leading player in the industry. The company now employs more than 550 experts, and its 2025 revenue reached EUR 76 million. The year 2025 marked the Group’s first full year operating under a shared model, during which it achieved a 14% growth despite a challenging market environment. In addition to Finland, Sevendos operates in Germany and Spain.

Sevendos Group has recently expanded its offering with Aimbition, which focuses on leading AI-driven software development; The DefSec Agency, which specializes in defense technology; and CORE Design Agency, which brings together independent top design professionals.

Outgoing CEO Jonne Heikkinen has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and leader of growth companies. He will continue to support Sevendos as an advisor to the management team and the Board of Directors.

Elina Kajosaari, Chief Operating Officer of Sevendos, has been appointed as Acting CEO of the Group. Before joining Sevendos, Elina worked at BCG, Microsoft, and Sulapac. At Sevendos, she has been responsible for scaling the company’s business, launching new ventures, and leading strategic development initiatives.
